How we work together:

Therapy is most effective when everyone is involved. I work directly with kids and teens to help them build skills and confidence, while collaborating closely with parents to support their child's growth at home. This partnership ensures lasting change that extends beyond our sessions.

What kids discover:

  • Growing confidence and self-esteem

  • Learning to manage anxiety and big emotions

  • Discovering your unique strengths

  • Building a toolkit of coping strategies that actually work

  • Navigating friendship drama and building healthy relationships

  • Discovering what your nervous system needs to feel steady

What parents learn:

  • Practical ways to support your child through challenges

  • Better understanding of your child's behavior (and your own!)

  • Language to help you connect and co-regulate

  • Realistic tools to make parenting feel more aligned, not overwhelming

  • How to foster emotional resilience as a family

  • Communication that builds trust and relationships

‘Whether you’re parenting a toddler with big feelings or a teen facing anxiety, I help you find confidence in your role. You don’t need to be perfect. You need tools that actually work.

What you can expect…

  • Normalizing mental health discussions is essential for fostering understanding and support within communities. By openly talking about mental health, we reduce stigma and create safe spaces for individuals to express their feelings and experiences. Encouraging these conversations empowers children, adolescents, and families to seek help and share struggles without fear of judgment. Through education and awareness, we can cultivate a culture where mental well-being is prioritized, promoting resilience and emotional growth for all. Together, we can transform the narrative surrounding mental health and support one another in our journeys towards better emotional health.

  • Emotional resilience is the ability to adapt to stressful situations and bounce back from adversity. It is an essential skill that helps children and adolescents navigate challenges in their lives, whether it be related to school, friendships, or family dynamics. Dr. Danda focuses on equipping youth with the tools they need to handle emotional difficulties effectively.

Through cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), she guides children in recognizing their thoughts and feelings, allowing them to develop healthier coping strategies. This process fosters a greater understanding of their emotional responses and
